Who doesn't look up at the starlit skies wishing for their dreams to come true?

This is a very nice piece of work you have here.
It has a nice balance and composition, and the colors you used are very eye catching.
The bright, yellow stars create a striking contrast against the purple sky.
Now, the color you chose for the sky is something I find very interesting. Usually you would think of the night sky being the usual dark blue, so that you would use a shade of red-violet instead is very original and adds a refreshing uniqueness to a theme that has been used many times before.

The only thing that didn't quite worked for me was the smoke-looking swirls in front of the moon, maybe if they were a bit more solid, but well that's a matter of preference I think.

Something else I would like to comment about is the overall message the piece portrays. When I look at the picture and the word "Dreaming" I can't only think about the importance of having dreams and goals and "reaching to the stars" to fulfill them. I think you've done a wonderful job at communicating such an important message. Now whether that is the message you were trying to convey I can't actually be sure, but that is what I see in this.
